📋 Description

• Provide architectural oversight for highly complex new and enhanced applications or products • Integrate components built by application developers and programmers as needed • Provide technical advice to other company departments • Review and conduct technical research, testing, evaluation, and documentation of complex hosting/configuration tools and methodologies • Evaluate new technologies and software products for feasibility and desirability • Liaise between third-party vendors and the company to procure, develop, and integrate applications • Ensure applications comply with company product standards and guidelines • Work with product development teams and senior designers on complex projects to develop architectural requirements • Own solutions, post-sale activities, and component integration • Work on large projects • Own the Enterprise Architecture Framework and architecture artifacts for accounts • Own technical governance and compliance • Own and lead the Architecture Review Board for the account • Own the technical roadmap for the account • Analyze data and drive operational improvements • Perform root cause analysis and drive permanent correction • Serve in a client-facing capacity • Proactively share solutions across accounts • Upskill the team

🎯 Requirements

• Ten or more years of application architecture and/or product development experience • Experience with architecture framework methodologies such as TOGAF • Experience with software systems, applications and network markets • Experience with technical products, vendors, families of technologies, and company hardware and software products • Broad business-area knowledge and knowledge of competitor products and services • Knowledge of application design principles and product configurations • Knowledge of appropriate programming languages, operating systems, hardware, and software • Experience with mainframes, scheduling software, and related technologies • Knowledge of software development life cycle and client requirements • Leadership skills to guide and mentor less experienced personnel • Good communication skills with customers, support personnel, application development personnel, and management • Background working in the health care industry, preferably Medicaid
