📋 Description

• Oversee the entire lifecycle of products during project implementations, from requirements through project go-live • Develop and maintain relationships across product lines and business units • Communicate with customers and stakeholders to identify and solve problems • Oversee implementation from idea intake to delivery of new products, capabilities, integrations, or offerings • Understand customer experiences and develop customer relationships • Lead and participate in business and industry workgroups • Contribute to implementations, product roadmaps, and strategy • Prioritize work and development efforts according to business impact, timelines, and corporate objectives • Collaborate with design, architecture, testing, and engineering teams • Ensure solutions address business problems in strategic initiatives and projects • Document business requirements, including requirements for system acceptance and adoptability • Advise business units and customers on available product offerings • Foster knowledge sharing, innovation, and learning • Evaluate and improve product configuration and supportability with internal departments and customers • Serve as a subject matter expert on assigned products • The role has no direct reports

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years PBM (Pharmacy Benefit Management) and Pharmacy experience, including Pharmacy Implementation experience • Deep understanding of Pharmacy or PBM Ecosystems is highly preferred and critical for success in this role • Demonstrated ability to implement products from intake and strategy through delivery, roadmap execution, and continuous improvement • Hands-on experience working in Agile environments • Experience partnering closely with Engineering, Architecture, and Business teams to deliver solutions • Strong skill in converting complex business requirements into technical solutions • Experience with data analysis, prioritization, and measurable outcomes • Willingness to work a flexible schedule to accommodate business needs and travel as required • Video cameras must be used during all interviews and during the initial week of orientation
