📋 Description

• Lead elicitation, documentation, and analysis of complex business, functional, and system requirements • Facilitate stakeholder workshops, interviews, and cross-functional meetings to define business needs and priorities • Conduct gap, impact, and process analyses to inform solution design • Translate requirements into user stories, process flows, wireframes, and decision models • Collaborate with product owners, project managers, developers, and QA teams throughout the project lifecycle • Identify inefficiencies, propose enhancements, and develop process documentation • Define communication plans, user training needs, and success metrics to support organizational change management • Mentor junior analysts and contribute to business analysis standards and best practices • Lead discovery efforts, define complex business needs, and align solutions with stakeholder and technology requirements

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 12 years professional experience in business analysis or systems analysis roles with BS/BA; minimum of 10 years with MS/MA; minimum of 7 years with Ph.D. • Cybersecurity workforce certification AIM/IAT Level II (e.g., Security+, CASP+) • Must be a US Citizen • Active Public Trust Clearance • Proven success leading complex initiatives from discovery through delivery • Deep understanding of business analysis frameworks, methodologies, and tools • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to convey technical and business concepts to diverse audiences • Strong documentation skills, including experience writing BRDs, user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria • Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, Visio, Lucidchart, Excel, and PowerPoint • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence without authority • Ability to mentor junior team members and contribute to best practices
