📋 Description

• Provide analytical and project management support to corporate and business line strategic initiatives • Work independently with assistance and coaching from more senior levels • Coach other team members within area of expertise, as appropriate • Identify, develop, and maintain linkages with business partners across retail product management, retail distribution, commercial banking, support services, and North American business partners • Provide senior management with proactive reporting and analysis on corporate and business line initiatives • Resolve issues and problems by conferring with staff, management, internal departments, and outside contacts • Work cross-functionally to drive strategic initiatives and improve processes • Analyze company data to identify and recommend initiatives that positively and materially impact company financial results

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or progressive work experience in addition to the experience below • 3+ years of related experience • Excellent communication skills • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills • Exceptional active listening skills • Proven ability to meet deadlines while simultaneously working on multiple projects
