📋 Description

• Analyze and interpret commercial, customer, program, and operational data to identify trends, insights, risks, and opportunities • Develop, prepare, and maintain reports and dashboards for management and strategic clients • Translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations • Provide analytical support across multiple projects, managing timelines, priorities, and stakeholder coordination • Build and maintain professional relationships with strategic clients • Participate in strategic client conference calls concerning reporting, training, customizations, escalated issues, and client priorities • Present findings, trends, recommendations, and program updates to management and client stakeholders • Identify opportunities to improve KPIs, enhance programs, streamline processes, and increase client value • Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams on sustainable solutions to client issues and requests • Investigate reporting discrepancies, data issues, and system or process challenges to identify root causes and solutions • Support client and internal training on reporting, programs, processes, and system functionality • Coordinate resources and follow through on deliverables and deadlines • Travel onsite as needed to support strategic clients and business partners • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and SOPs • Complete corporate training and compliance activities • Identify opportunities to improve team performance, processes, and client experience • Perform additional analyses and special projects as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year institution required • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word • Strong analytical, critical-thinking, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and translate findings into actionable recommendations • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines • Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills • Ability to build and maintain productive relationships with clients, internal stakeholders, and management • Exceptional client-service mindset and commitment to responsiveness, accuracy, and professionalism • Strong sense of urgency and personal accountability • Ability to work independently and contribute effectively within a team • Ability to manage sensitive or escalated issues, including conflict-resolution skills • Adaptability in a changing, fast-paced environment • High technical proficiency and comfort learning new systems, tools, and technologies • Commitment to honesty, integrity, confidentiality, and ethical business practices • Positive, collaborative attitude and commitment to team and organizational goals • Prefer candidates who can type at least 35 words per minute with 97% accuracy • Experience with SQL, data querying, or business intelligence/reporting tools preferred • Healthcare industry experience preferred • Experience developing dashboards, performance reports, or data visualization tools preferred • Experience with strategic or enterprise-level clients preferred • Experience presenting analytical findings to senior leadership or external stakeholders preferred • Experience supporting implementations, program enhancements, process improvement, or complex account requirements preferred • Successful completion of a background check and, depending on the position, a drug screen
