📋 Description

• Review sales solutioning documentation and extract budgetary information to compile initial labor demand • Develop standardized budget tracking workbooks for each project • Monitor project expenses and ensure adherence to budgets • Investigate and present variances between actual and forecasted expenditures • Coordinate with change management and resource management plans and refer decision items for governance • Facilitate financial meetings with project leadership and stakeholders • Report project performance against targets • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to project leaders • Identify and analyze financial risks and participate in mitigation strategy development • Maintain organized financial reporting documentation throughout projects • Serve as subject matter expert for project budget questions • Align financial planning with project phases and integrate financial considerations into planning and decision-making • Audit incoming labor expenses in the timekeeping system and serve as project team time administrator

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of PMO, project coordination, project management, or project financial management experience • Experience managing financial data for large-scale project implementations or organizational departments • Strong understanding of project lifecycle and PMO governance processes • Experience presenting complex topics to varied audiences and scaling detail appropriately • Exceptional attention to detail and documentation management skills • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and Copilot • CAPM or PMP certification preferred • Familiarity with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles preferred • Must use video cameras during all interviews and the initial week of orientation
