📋 Description

• Maintain and administer the centralized AI use case repository and approval inventory • Manage the AI use case intake workflow and perform initial completeness triage • Coordinate with business owners to obtain required information and documentation • Review AI use cases for governance-review readiness, risk information, intended use, data considerations, and governance artifacts • Coordinate preparation of impact assessments, solution overviews, model documentation, risk mitigation plans, quality plans, and monitoring plans • Organize and document AI governance meetings, agendas, materials, minutes, decisions, approval conditions, action items, and follow-ups • Maintain auditable records of governance decisions, limitations, remediation items, monitoring requirements, and escalation triggers • Track approved AI use cases through clearance, go-live approval, monitoring, periodic review, retirement, and re-review • Maintain trackers for contractual AI restrictions, disclosure obligations, data-use restrictions, approval requirements, and applicable state AI laws • Update AI governance policies, standards, procedures, templates, FAQs, guidance, review criteria, and the AI Team SharePoint Intranet Site • Partner with Legal, Privacy, Compliance, Security, Procurement, and business stakeholders on safeguards, dependencies, approval conditions, and remediation • Prepare dashboards, reports, and metrics for leadership and governance stakeholders • Support audit readiness, records management, and documentation responses for reviews and inquiries • Develop process documentation and training materials • Identify process improvements and refine governance workflows, templates, intake controls, and repository structure

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Public Policy, Information Governance, Information Security, Compliance, Legal Studies, Health Administration, or a related field • Minimum of 10 years of experience in privacy, security, compliance, legal operations, risk management, governance, policy administration, or a related function • Experience in healthcare, HIPAA, and regulated industries preferred • Experience supporting governance processes, writing and editing policies, maintaining trackers or repositories, documenting decisions, and coordinating cross-functional reviews • Familiarity with AI governance concepts, generative AI use cases, model and solution documentation, and responsible AI principles • Working knowledge of privacy, security, and compliance concepts, including data-use restrictions, contractual controls, and legal/regulatory obligations affecting AI • Familiarity with AI governance and risk frameworks such as the NIST AI Risk Management Framework • Strong written communication skills for summaries, meeting documentation, governance records, policies, procedures, and leadership reports • Strong analytical and organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines • Experience using Microsoft 365 tools including Excel, SharePoint, Teams, Word, and PowerPoint • Ability to work across legal, privacy, compliance, technology, and business teams and communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders • AIGP certification preferred • CIPP/US, CIPM, CISSP, or similar certifications are a plus • Video cameras must be used during interviews and the initial orientation week
