📋 Description

• Oversee development of work statements, scope and priority definitions, budgets, and schedules for large complex programs • Develop documents meeting appropriate standards and client requirements • Oversee selection and management of assigned project personnel • Ensure communication and understanding of deadlines, assignments, and objectives • Act as point of contact with client program management • Review program status, identify risks, document progress, and implement risk mitigation solutions • Maintain quality of program deliverables within agreed program requirements • Identify and resolve significant issues affecting several large, complex, global programs • Interface with team members, stakeholders, and management to manage changes to technical requirements, business requirements, and schedules • Determine when additional resources are needed and implement changes • Participate in executive-level project decisions and direction • Participate in proposal efforts and sales calls • Manage expectations of clients, senior management, company management, and project teams using project metrics • Gather and analyze client feedback and incorporate it into future programs • Oversee assigned personnel, assign work, provide direction, address performance issues, and provide performance input • Prepare and recommend program operating and personnel budgets; monitor spending and balance resources

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience • Master's degree in a related field preferred • Twelve or more years of project management experience • Experience with project management methodology such as Catalyst • Experience with budget development, project planning, control and assurance methodologies, including earned value management • Experience with project management software • Experience with finance and accounting concepts and practices • Experience with quality management approaches and techniques • Experience with delivery assurance policies, procedures, and principles • Experience with productivity and methodology tools that increase project efficiency and effectiveness • Experience with administrative processes • Experience with client vision, business objectives, and critical success factors • Experience with delivery assurance principles and appropriate procedures relevant to the area
