📋 Description

• Operationalize the Product Operating Charter across all product lines, including cadences, decision rights, backlog and roadmap reviews, quarterly planning, reporting, calendars, artifacts, and meeting hygiene • Design and orchestrate Product’s role in end-to-end launch and release management connecting Product, Product Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Enablement, Support, and other teams • Maintain a shared release calendar, launch tiers, readiness requirements, launch gates, cross-functional checklists, and a single source of truth for shipping, timing, and accountability • Own the handoff from feature completion to market readiness and field enablement • Establish product usage and telemetry rollups, roadmap and delivery dashboards, Voice of Customer intake, and product operations tooling • Serve as the operational bridge across Product, Product Marketing, Engineering, Customer Success, Sales, and Enablement • Coordinate cross-product connected-program dependencies and delivery • Onboard PMs and cross-functional partners into the operating model and codify launch, release, planning, and reporting playbooks • Own portfolio delivery timelines, forecasting, milestone tracking, commitment integrity, and early escalation of slips with impacts and options • Run intake, scoring, Now/Next/Later prioritization, capacity-versus-demand modeling, and portfolio trade-off facilitation • Design and run the product-to-organization meeting architecture, decision log, action and commitment tracker, and accountability follow-through • Eliminate or merge low-value meetings and ensure decisions, owners, commitments, and status are visible across the company

🎯 Requirements

• 8–12+ years in enterprise B2B SaaS across product operations, product program/portfolio management, or technical program management • Experience standing up operating rhythms and launch processes at scale • Proven ownership of cross-functional launch/release management connecting Product and Product Marketing/GTM • Experience operating across a multi-product or platform portfolio, managing cross-team dependencies and shared-platform coordination • Fluency with product operations tooling and data, including roadmapping, backlog/agile, and product analytics • Ability to build reporting leadership will trust • Organized, systems-thinking, low-ego operator with influence without authority • Credibility to get Sales, CS, and Marketing to run the process • Preferred: GRC / regulated-industry SaaS exposure and experience taking a platform or connected-suite offering to market • Role can be performed by US-based employees; E-Verify participation applies
