📋 Description

• Analyze learning needs and consult with subject matter experts to provide input for course design and content • Apply instructional design methods and adult learning principles to align course design and content with learning goals • Create outlines and scripts that provide program structure • Create effective learning solutions in a profitable manner • Work with management and subject matter experts to keep course materials current and relevant • Design and develop computer-based instructional programs • Facilitate course delivery during the introduction of new courses and monitor early feedback for course improvement • Provide direction and guidance to instructors to ensure courses are conducted as designed • Plan and coordinate skill assessments and testing to measure participant retention • Track and analyze learning programs using course evaluations, proficiency testing, and job performance to identify program effectiveness • Make changes or enhancements as appropriate

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, organizational development, human resources or related field preferred • Three (3) or more years of corporate training or instructional design for adults experience • Experience with communications principles, practices, and procedures to develop training manuals and procedures • Good analytical, interpersonal, computer, multi-media, and business solutions software skills • Ability to interact with team members and learners to develop and deliver presentations to train and educate employees • Project management skills to prioritize and meet deadlines • Ability to quickly absorb large amounts of information and reduce it to teachable segments • Willingness to travel up to 15% for training and meetings • Video cameras must be used during all interviews and during the initial week of orientation if hired • Must be a full-time Monday through Friday permanent regular salaried (W-2) employee
