📋 Description

• Assist in keeping projects moving as Gainwell helps clients deliver better health and human services outcomes through technology and innovation • Lead one or more large project management teams by breaking down larger technological programs and assisting with project staffing • Spearhead project planning, tracking and oversight of assigned staff by providing direction and deadlines • Communicate with client, company and project team leadership, measuring and sharing project metrics and status • Recommend program changes as needed • Create project schedules, program definitions, budgets and objectives across all project phases • Manage projects across non-direct reports, escalate risks and implement mitigation solutions • Prepare detailed SOWs and assist with new proposal efforts and business development

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing complex projects, programs or initiatives through a full project management life cycle • 3 or more years of Medicaid or Medicare experience preferred • Expertise with project management methodology such as Catalyst or Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) • Modern understanding of budget development, control and assurance methods, and project management software • Ability to lead and translate broader program objectives into clear project scope and milestones • Leadership to train, guide and mentor junior colleagues • Strong executive presentation skills and clear communication • Ability to communicate project priorities and motivate direct and indirect networks and stakeholders to action • Remote-based within the United States
