📋 Description

• Oversee readiness assessments, demonstrations, cutover, and increased customer service for legacy systems transitioning into Gainwell solutions • Partner with third parties, internal teams, and account SMEs to ensure proper transitions in Medicaid systems • Ensure systems are understood, documented, and prepared for transition • Facilitate Operational Readiness Demonstrations with clients to showcase business results • Maintain Operational Readiness Assessments across vendors and internal teams • Lead project teams in achieving project and program objectives • Maintain positive client relationships • Develop, update, and maintain ORR schedules, operational readiness plans, demonstration plans, reports, and checklists • Organize, direct, and motivate project team members regarding deadlines, scope, assignments, and objectives • Communicate project progress to workstream leadership, including monitoring risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies, and constraints

🎯 Requirements

• Five or more years of experience in project and/or program management or equivalent leadership experience • Hands-on experience managing and successfully delivering multiple projects and/or programs of varying size and complexity • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills • Ability to communicate project status, progress, and challenges to multiple-level stakeholders • Ability to adapt to changes in priority and resolve emerging issues • Experience managing projects within a Client/Vendor structure • PMP certification preferred • Must use video cameras during interviews and the initial week of orientation
