📋 Description

• Monitor daily provider enrollment operations, reports, and workloads to support service-level requirements • Train and mentor provider enrollment staff and provide day-to-day guidance • Process and support provider enrollment, maintenance, and revalidation activities • Research moderately complex provider or customer questions • Review reports and daily transactions for accuracy and data integrity • Ensure work follows established policies, procedures, and service-level requirements • Help develop and improve provider enrollment policies, procedures, and workflows • Incorporate payer or regulatory changes into daily processes • Work independently while maintaining regular communication with staff, management, customers, and internal partners • Manage multiple priorities and deadlines while maintaining accurate provider enrollment information

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED and 2+ years of provider enrollment experience • Hands-on experience with provider enrollment processes, including enrollment, maintenance, and/or revalidation • Experience reviewing provider enrollment transactions, reports, or data for accuracy and resolving enrollment-related questions or issues • Experience training, mentoring, or providing process guidance to team members • Strong organization and time-management skills • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office • Experience using business or provider enrollment systems • Candidates must reside in Idaho • Schedule flexibility may be required based on business and operational needs
