📋 Description

• Provide executive leadership overseeing the design, development, and delivery of innovative product solutions supporting healthcare technology programs • Lead multiple product development teams, ensuring scalable, reliable, and high-quality solutions • Oversee the full product development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, and deployment • Define and execute short- and long-term product development strategies aligned with business goals and client needs • Drive cross-functional collaboration across product, engineering, QA, and operations • Lead and develop senior leaders and teams, fostering innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement • Ensure accountability for product delivery, performance, and organizational effectiveness across multiple domains • Engage regularly with executive leadership, clients, and cross-functional teams • Drive innovation, modernization, and continuous improvement across product development functions

🎯 Requirements

• 12–15+ years of experience in product development, software engineering, or technology leadership, including senior management roles • Proven experience leading large product development organizations and delivering complex, enterprise-scale solutions • Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, system architecture, and modern development methodologies • Experience with healthcare technology, digital platforms, or regulated environments preferred • Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills with the ability to influence executive stakeholders • Remote-based within the United States with flexibility to support business and leadership needs
