📋 Description

• Work across Rx COE and key pharmacy stakeholders to drive pharmacy business strategy and business development • Oversee pharmacy program development, management, and delivery from inception, execution, and evolution • Strategize, implement, and maintain Pharmacy program initiatives aligned with organizational objectives • Collect, organize, and understand market and client needs to develop and evolve programs and services • Develop program assessment protocols for evaluation and improvement • Maintain organizational standards of satisfaction, quality, and performance • Coordinate related programs and projects to ensure they benefit one another and meet business goals • Take a broader perspective to ensure the entire program is completed and aligned with organizational goals • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape to develop product and program strategies • Collaborate with market, sales, operations, product teams, departments, and stakeholders to meet customer, regulatory, and corporate goals • Ensure program resources are deployed and met to achieve cost, performance, and quality objectives for Pharmacy Programs • Drive development and execution of GainwellRx pharmacy programs and services enabled by technology products

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare, Pharmacy, or related field; advanced degree preferred • Proven experience in a pharmacy, PBM, or another related field • Strong knowledge of pharmacy practices and regulations • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to manage budgets and financial performance • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills • Previous experience with product or program management • Previous Medicaid experience preferred • Strategic planning and implementation • Collaboration and stakeholder engagement • Regulatory compliance • Performance monitoring and improvement • Strong creative, analytical and problem-solving skills • Strong leadership and negotiation skills to manage programs and develop new business • Strong interpersonal, leadership and presentation skills for interacting with and influencing team members, clients, thought leaders, and globally recognized subject matter experts • Remote-based opportunity within the United States • Video cameras must be used during all interviews, as well as during the initial week of orientation
