📋 Description

• Research and resolve third-party administrator questions and issues from providers, County Waiver Agencies, and Wisconsin Department of Health Services staff • Use internal software tools to research and resolve inquiries • Provide timely and accurate responses to ensure customer satisfaction • Develop and maintain business relationships with stakeholders • Conduct occasional onsite or virtual training sessions • Manage responsibilities and make independent decisions with limited supervision • Collaborate with a team while independently managing responsibilities • Interact regularly with providers, CWAs, and DHS staff to resolve inquiries • Lead or participate in stakeholder training sessions • Handle routine tasks and unique challenges requiring creative problem-solving

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years of relevant work experience in a related field is desired • Solid understanding of Wisconsin Medicaid • General knowledge of commercial and government healthcare insurance programs • Excellent research and problem-solving skills • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with all stakeholders • Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office • Ability to learn organization-specific software • Must reside in Wisconsin • Availability to work an 8-hour shift between 7:30 a.m.–4:00 p.m. CST or 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m. CST, Monday through Friday
