📋 Description

• Research, write, edit, and proofread technical data for manuals, procedures, and specifications • Write, organize, enter, and compile online help files supporting end users • Create, compile, and deliver system/software development documentation packages • Produce narratives, logic diagrams, input and output samples, input preparation instructions, and job setup information • Use technical project team inputs, system requirements analyses, system design specifications, technical procedure development, configuration control requirements, test and training specifications, and programming notes • Participate in quality reviews of various artifacts

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience required • Experience working with desktop publishing, word processing, and on-line documentation software • Experience working with industry writing style such as grammar, sentence form, and structure • Experience working with various software products • Ability to grasp technical solutions and convert technical knowledge into easily understood terms • Medicaid Experience preferred • Technical writing experience preferred • Strong communication skills • Proofreading and editing skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Candidates are expected to have at-home reliable connectivity • Video cameras must be used during all interviews, as well as during the initial week of orientation
