📋 Description

• Lead the Test Management function across testing engagements • Govern the Testing Center of Excellence strategy and alignment with enterprise quality, risk, and compliance objectives • Provide executive oversight and guidance to Test Directors, Test Delivery Leads, and Test Managers • Serve as the single point of contact for testing demand intake • Aggregate testing demand and capacity and baseline flex staffing models • Partner with Workforce Management on forecast accuracy, fulfillment tracking, and staffing commitments • Govern resource onboarding and offboarding • Maintain the TCOE skill registry and support cross-training, succession planning, and readiness assessments • Work with procurement and legal on work orders, Statements of Work, amendments, and contractual compliance • Oversee contract execution, scope adherence, and commercial risk • Track risks related to testing contracts and vendor performance • Govern change control affecting testing scope, cost, or capacity • Track and publish SLA and KPI performance and closure of action items • Lead monthly and quarterly business reviews with testing partners and internal stakeholders • Represent the TCOE in DDI/M&O project planning meetings • Participate in weekly DDI program progress meetings • Collaborate with vendor leadership on organizational readiness across People, Process, and Technology

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in enterprise testing organizations • Minimum of 5+ years in test management, governance, or TMO-style leadership roles • Expertise in test management versus test delivery execution, including demand/capacity planning, metrics, governance, and oversight • Experience with contract management, including SOWs, procurement processes, legal review cycles, and change control • Ability to operate in multi-vendor, regulated, or large-scale enterprise environments • Experience working with Delivery, workforce management, procurement, legal, and executive stakeholders • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
