📋 Description

• Lead and manage a team of Regional Directors and Account Executives in the East Region, ensuring they meet and exceed their sales targets • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and initiatives to drive revenue growth within the specified segment • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align strategies and achieve company objectives • Provide leadership and guidance to your team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and accountability • Oversee the identification and pursuit of new business opportunities within the region • Monitor and analyze regional sales performance, offering insights and recommendations for improvement • Ensure compliance with company policies and standards, as well as industry regulations • Establish and maintain strong relationships with new and existing brokers and partners in your region

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of proven track record in sales leadership and management, with experience in delivering against team quotas • Extensive experience working with benefits brokers and consultants • Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with a proven ability to inspire and lead a high-performing team • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales goals • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (Master's degree preferred) • A desire to do work that matters: and to be held to a high standard while doing it. You're energized by a mission with measurable outcomes, not just good intentions. You engage with AI tools as part of how you do your best work, and hold yourself accountable to outcomes that matter beyond your team’s metrics.
