📋 Description

• Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of finance-focused IFS support specialists • Lead or coordinate implementation projects transitioning site financials from legacy ERP systems to IFS • Tailor and optimize business processes to align with standard IFS functionality • Conduct testing and validation for new locations using IFS Finance modules • Conduct end-user training for new locations using IFS Finance modules • Evaluate, recommend, design, and develop engaging and effective digital products • Support enhancements to existing systems to drive end-user adoption and meet business needs • Identify requirements and enhance usability through intuitive process flows, tests, and prototypes • Act as primary contact to development and supporting analysts across the business • Ensure clear communication and successful issue resolution • Monitor technology, business trends, and end-user preferences to identify opportunities for new technologies

🎯 Requirements

• Associate's Degree and 10-12 years' experience OR equivalent combination of relevant education and/or experience • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) • Proven experience in ERP systems, with a focus on finance modules (GL, AP, AR, Projects) • Knowledge and experience in how an ERP financial system functions and operates • Strong background in both production support and implementation of ERP solutions • Knowledge of compatibility testing, functional requirements, IT operations, IT performance management, process mapping, requirements analysis, system development life cycle, system documentation, system integration testing, system integrations, systems analysis, systems modelling, technical specification design, and diagramming software • Defense industry experience preferred • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related field preferred • Must be able to remain stationary at a desk and/or computer for extended periods • Up to 25% travel likely
