📋 Description

• Source, recruit, and screen candidates for technical positions, including entry-level and experienced candidates • Recruit, interview, assess, reference check, and place contract, contract-to-hire, and direct-hire client-facing employees • Build the contract employee workforce through job boards, LinkedIn, internal databases, advertisements, career fairs, Internet relationships, and other sources • Conduct candidate interviews in person, via MS Teams, or by telephone • Determine target pay rates and negotiate candidate compensation and employment terms • Prepare candidates for client interviews • Manage client-facing employees on assignment, including monitoring performance, coaching, counseling, discipline, and termination on behalf of the client • Communicate with clients regarding job orders, candidate submittals, and related matters • Resolve client-facing employee and client complaints • Participate in team meetings • Assist Account Executives with client development and provide leads • Set client events when possible • Participate in networking groups and business and community programs • Develop a broad understanding of the division, core competencies, skill sets, and company • Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor or manager

• Computer proficiency and ability to effectively utilize ATS, the Internet, and website/system navigation • Ability to cold call potential candidates • Technical capacity • Communication proficiency • Customer-service orientation • Problem-solving ability • Ability to work well in a team environment • Planning and organizing skills • Attention to detail • Ethical conduct • Time-management skills • Confidentiality • Bachelor’s degree and 1+ years recruiting experience, preferably in a staffing environment; or equivalent combination of education and training • Availability Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.; base compensation is intended to cover a 45-hour workweek • Evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand • Some travel expected based on recruiting demands, not expected to exceed 15%
