📋 Description

• Drive multiple customer solution design projects in parallel • Conduct business and technical discovery with customers • Identify novel AI/ML solutions, architectures, and use cases aligned with customer objectives • Provide data-driven recommendations, dependencies, gaps, and risk assessments • Articulate high-level AI/ML solutions and connect them to program success criteria • Architect enterprise-level predictive analytics, NLP, computer vision, and generative AI solutions • Collaborate with Agile teams to integrate AI/ML designs with system architecture and DevSecOps pipelines • Lead customer AI/ML solution design projects from inception to quote • Identify and mitigate risks related to data, models, security, and operational performance

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field • Advanced degree preferred for complex AI model design • 5 years of progressively responsible experience designing, developing, and deploying enterprise-level AI/ML solutions • Experience leading multiple parallel, complex customer AI/ML solution design projects from inception to quote • Track record of proposing and architecting novel AI/ML solutions, architectures, and use cases • Proficiency in cost-benefit analysis and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) for AI/ML information systems • Expertise in TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn • Hands-on experience with AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, and Google Vertex AI • Understanding of model governance, explainability, monitoring, and responsible AI practices • Strong knowledge of data engineering, feature pipelines, and training workflows • Ability to design AI/ML deployment patterns within CI/CD and DevSecOps environments • Ability to pass a security background check • Less than 10% travel required • US citizenship is not required
