📋 Description

• Build AI-powered prototypes solving real problems across business units • Use AI-assisted development tools to ship software faster • Work with business unit leaders to identify high-value AI opportunities and turn them into projects • Lead and co-facilitate workshops and working sessions to build AI fluency • Document effective approaches and share findings • Help teams develop repeatable AI practices • Contribute to Harris's AI maturity framework and related tooling • Travel to Harris business units and partner sites throughout the year

🎯 Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in a technical, product, or innovation-adjacent role • 1-3 years of hands-on experience building using AI tools • Shipped something using Claude, GPT, Cursor, or similar, and able to show the work • Comfortable communicating technical ideas to non-technical audiences • Healthcare or enterprise software background is a plus, not a requirement • Ability to work remotely within the U.S. • Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time
