📋 Description

• Supports the HHS ACF OCSE DFS program by processing child support payments through employer payroll systems • Advises on payroll processes for child support wage withholding and remittance • Reviews and interprets child support income withholding orders from an employer payroll perspective • Provides input on how employers receive, process, and respond to child support orders and electronic notices • Contributes to business requirements, user stories, and process documentation reflecting real employer payroll practices • Drafts and refines business process workflows and SOPs, employer communications, and internal documentation • Helps define and review test scenarios and data mirroring real-world employer payroll processing • Uses Microsoft Office tools to analyze data, track issues, document work, and create presentations • Uses AI tools to improve accuracy, consistency, and efficiency in processes

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years of related experience • 1-2 years of recent experience in an HR payroll department processing wage garnishments or in a child support agency focused on child support orders and payments • Hands-on experience interpreting and entering child support income withholding orders into payroll systems and reconciling deductions and remittances • Proficiency with: Excel (sorting/filtering, basic formulas, organizing data) • Word (structured documents, templates, formatting) • PowerPoint (clear, concise presentations) • Outlook and Teams (professional communication and collaboration) • Experience using AI tools (drafting, summarizing, data review, research) in a professional setting and comfort learning new AI capabilities • Ability to obtain/maintain a Public Trust for HHS ACF OCSE Program
