📋 Description

• Collect, review, reconcile, and validate financial data from multiple sources • Perform budgeting, forecasting, auditing, and financial analysis across assigned programs • Create, maintain, and update financial models, spreadsheets, databases, and reporting tools • Analyze financial results, monitor variances, identify trends, and recommend actions to management • Reconcile transactions and correct data discrepancies • Generate project records and monitor project setups throughout their lifecycle • Maintain records and documentation in compliance with internal controls, contract requirements, and government regulations • Audit and analyze direct and indirect costs for allowability and timely processing • Identify financial risks and opportunities and support recovery or mitigation strategies • Support monthly reporting, including sales and earnings variance commentary • Prepare customer deliverables, including invoice backup packages and Limitation of Funds notifications • Support reviews of cost proposals, contract modifications, and special projects • Partner with AI tools for data review, financial modeling, variance analysis, and productivity acceleration • Partner with program teams by managing, tracking, monitoring, and reporting financial data

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of related financial analysis experience • Bachelor's degree is not required; an additional 4+ years of related experience can substitute • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and lookup functions • Familiarity with financial systems such as Oracle EBS and Oracle Hyperion or similar • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex financial data and present findings to financial and non-financial stakeholders • Attention to detail and organizational skills • Effective written and verbal communication • Team-oriented, proactive, and problem-solving mindset • US Person • Knowledge of government contract cost structures and Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) preferred but not required • Experience with Oracle EBS, Oracle Hyperion, and related reporting tools preferred but not required
