📋 Description

• Manage data to support and influence decisions on day-to-day operations, strategic planning, and business performance issues • Collate, model, interpret, and analyze clinical and financial data • Identify, explain, and influence variances and trends • Enhance modeling techniques to improve forecast accuracy • Explain variances and trends in clinical and financial data • Make decisions regarding work methods with minimal direction • Follow established guidelines and procedures

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree • 1+ years SQL and Python experience • Microsoft Office (Excel, Power BI, etc.) • Experience compiling, modeling, interpreting and analyzing data to identify, explain, and influence variances and trends • Experience explaining variances and trends and enhancing modeling techniques • Experience managing data to support and influence decisions on day-to-day operations, strategic planning and specific business performance issues • Passion for contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences • Must meet work-from-home internet requirements: minimum 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload • Must work from a dedicated space without ongoing interruptions to protect PHI/HIPAA information • Not eligible for work visa sponsorship
