📋 Description

• Write one 30–35 minute, approximately 4,200-word long-form YouTube script per week for Future Finance • Own the research behind every claim and trace claims to primary documents • Cut 3–4 short-form scripts from each long-form episode • Deliver a complete weekly package including research memo, six-beat hook, body, retention map, inline SHOW/SOURCE tags, and self-scored review sheet • Achieve a first-submission review score of 7/9 or better against the Future Finance Content Standard • Ensure zero unsourced factual claims and source every claim to a primary document • Present both sides of contested arguments and flag thin research rather than inventing figures • Meet retention targets of 70%+ first-minute retention and average view duration above channel baseline • Maintain compliance by avoiding predictions, recommendations, and certainty language about future events • Submit the research memo ahead of packaging, attend weekly review, remain available on Slack during working hours, and flag deadline risks the day they are known • Work within topics, packaging, and proprietary frameworks established by the showrunner, production agency, and Salim

🎯 Requirements

• Ability to source claims from primary documents and defend the work • Finance literacy, including reading 10-Ks, central bank statements, and BIS papers • Ability to control the calm, premium, institutional brand register • Retention craft, including open loops, pattern interrupts, climaxes, and retention maps • Writing for the ear and teleprompter, with one idea per sentence and terms defined at first use • Comfort working within someone else's framework and identifying unsupported arguments • Proactivity, attention to detail, high standards, curiosity about macro and digital assets, and integrity • Seven figures of cumulative views on finance, macro, investing, or business long-form, or a verified 3x-plus outlier against a serious finance channel's trailing average • Long-form work must be 25 minutes or longer; short-form and 8-minute credits do not count • Retention data required, including average view duration and first-minute retention, verified via YouTube Studio screenshare or channel owner confirmation • Evidence of a high-value audience, including what the channel sells, price, audience, sponsor class, and/or CPM • At least one sample in a calm, sourced, institutional register • Willingness to complete a paid work sample • Must deliver the assigned trial work within five working days • Must provide a research memo, hook, full script with SHOW cues and SOURCE tags inline, and retention map for the trial • Contract includes a 3-month trial period at the monthly rate, with conversion to a permanent seat on day 90 based on outcomes
