📋 Description

• Establish a clear understanding of client goals and objectives through data analysis and communication • Develop proforma modeling and investment analysis • Perform ad hoc projects, reporting, and modeling • Identify risks and opportunities and communicate with business partners internally and externally • Work through ambiguity by asking questions, thinking creatively, and being innovative • Identify and present options to achieve financial goals • Communicate financial terms, deal structures, underlying causes of variances, and modeling assumptions to collaborators • Assess feedback and resolve concerns • Build partnerships with executives and cross-functional business partners to support new business growth • Build financial models aligned with company objectives and prospective client needs • Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to prepare the consolidated company budget and forecast • Provide qualitative and quantitative analysis of results and forecasted trends • Assist leadership in meeting financial targets by solving problems and developing operational strategies

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field or MBA • Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis • Ability to understand sophisticated financial models and present financial terms, model assumptions, and drivers to external clients • Highly skilled in MS Excel • Intermediate skills in MS Word and PowerPoint • Strong understanding of financial reporting software; MS Power BI, Anaplan, Hyperion Enterprise, and reporting software are a plus • Detail-oriented with high attention to quality and accuracy • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills • Experience presenting to groups and conducting trainings • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills • Ability to interact with various levels of management and develop strong working relationships
