📋 Description

• Support development, updates, and maintenance of Power BI dashboards covering enrollment, claims, utilization, program performance, healthcare costs, and compliance metrics • Collaborate with report developers, analytics leadership, data engineers, database administrators, and business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements, review results, and resolve data discrepancies • Perform data validation • Document business rules • Maintain report inventories • Assist with report migration and user acceptance testing • Use Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, Power Query, Azure SQL, SQL queries, and Azure DevOps to prepare data, update reporting models, organize documentation, test reports, and track work within established development standards • Provide accurate, timely, and actionable reporting supporting WTCHP operational and healthcare decisions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science • 2+ years of related experience • Power BI, Power Query, SQL, relational databases, data validation, reporting documentation, and Azure DevOps • Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric and Azure SQL preferred • Ability to meet applicable contract suitability and access requirements • US citizenship required • Ability to follow strict privacy, access, and data handling requirements • Experience validating reports, documenting findings, supporting testing, and performing analytics tasks within a structured development environment • MBI (T2) public trust/other requirement • Ability to work 40 scheduled hours weekly • Less than 10% travel required
