📋 Description

• Develop tailored ILT and CBT training materials for NET • Coordinate analysis of OEM training content with subject matter experts • Create learning objectives for training content • Develop structured design documents for lessons, classes, and modules • Customize and tailor learning content for instructor-led training and computer-based training • Support the client’s mission

🎯 Requirements

• BS/BA Degree • 5 to 10 years of related experience • Active Secret Clearance • U.S. citizenship required • Ability to develop ILT and CBT training materials • Experience with courseware, instructional materials, job aids, and training content • Ability to travel 10% (scheduled travel requirement listed as 10–25%)
