📋 Description

• Develop, analyze, and/or create architecture for operational, Marketplace, MPIC, and other organizational data • Formulate and apply solutions and optimizing methods to develop and interpret information supporting management decision-making and policy formulation • Collect and analyze data and develop decision-support software, services, or products • Develop optimal time, cost, or data solutions for program evaluation, review, or implementation • Identify solutions based on business and technical criteria, analyze alternatives, and implement designs • Research current and emerging technologies and process methodologies and propose changes or tailoring • Assess existing system and business process architecture and recommend improvements • Ensure technical data teams deliver efficient and effective system solutions supporting business goals • Develop, enhance, and maintain service design procedures and processes using process frameworks and methodologies • Prepare and present test plans, technical presentations, and analyst briefings • Identify customer requirements, analyze alternatives, and recommend data, software, platform, and network configurations • Provide stakeholders with updates on project cost, schedule, and quality against objectives • Coach and guide less experienced professionals • Serve as a team or task lead when needed • Act as a subject matter expert in data and solutions architecture • Document data collection, analysis, interpretation, and associated architecture in MPIC management and tracking systems • Assist with ad-hoc educational and outreach sessions for CMS, law enforcement, agents/brokers, navigators, and other partners • Safeguard PII and PHI

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalency in healthcare field that includes 2-4 years’ ACA and/or Medicaid-Medicare experience • 8 or more years’ experience in solutions architecture • Experience with solutions architecture, such as AWS, Cloud, connections/interfaces with data sources • Expert knowledge of systems design and analysis, including configuration and/or programming of complex systems (infrastructure/database/applications) • Ability to adapt to changing business, client, and technical environment needs • Demonstrated ability to be innovative in design and thought when appropriate to meet business needs • Excellent communication skills • Deep analytical skills • Current experience supporting the CMS/MPIC program • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust • Must be able to pass a CMS background check • NACI (T1) public trust requirement • No security clearance currently possessed or required to obtain • Infrequent travel may be required • US citizenship is not required
