📋 Description

• Support the CMS Medicaid Integrity Institute mission and state Medicaid agencies’ program integrity efforts • Support development, maintenance, and adherence to PMO processes, procedures, and standard operating practices • Collaborate with MII team members, stakeholders, and external clients to keep day-to-day program activities running smoothly • Drive administrative logistics and documentation management for shared drives and program records • Ensure completeness and version control of program records • Serve as a liaison between the program and divisional/corporate PMO resources • Capture accurate meeting minutes during internal and client-facing meetings • Distribute finalized meeting documentation in a timely manner

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree may be considered • 2+ years of related experience • Proficiency with common business tools, e.g., Microsoft Office, Teams, and SharePoint • Detail-oriented and organized • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment • US citizenship is not required • No clearance required • Less than 10% travel required
