📋 Description

• Own the provider data management strategy and annual operating plan • Translate organizational goals into targets, roadmaps, KPIs, and resource plans • Lead, coach, and develop Provider Data Representatives • Set goals, conduct performance evaluations and coaching, and promote professional development • Establish governance for data standards, approvals, exception handling, and escalation pathways • Oversee provider demographics, participation, enrollment, credentialing attributes, and directory content across systems • Ensure timely processing of provider updates, enrollments, terminations, and changes • Validate records across operational systems to support accurate claims payment and directory publication • Manage provider lifecycle data requirements in partnership with Credentialing and Provider Relations • Supervise provider roster reconciliation and validate rosters against credentialing, enrollment, claims, and directory data • Identify discrepancies and coordinate corrective actions • Develop reconciliation procedures, quality controls, duplicate/merge resolution rules, and a master golden record • Partner with Provider Network, Contracting, Credentialing, Claims Operations, and Compliance teams • Resolve provider data discrepancies affecting reimbursement and support EDI/configuration updates and claims-impact analyses • Participate in enterprise provider-system and operational-improvement initiatives • Lead provider data meetings and cross-functional workgroups • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, privacy/security requirements, and applicable regulations • Maintain audit-ready documentation and participate in audits and quality reviews • Develop and execute corrective action plans • Communicate status, risks, and recommendations to executive stakeholders • Prepare materials for business reviews and governance committees

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of related experience • Skills in data integrity, documentation reporting, documentation tracking, and quality assurance processes • MBI (T2) public trust requirement • Must be able to complete the employer’s identity verification process using advanced biometrics and artificial intelligence • Expected to be on camera during virtual interviews • No security clearance currently possessed or required to obtain • US citizenship is not required • Travel required: less than 10%
