• Serve as the primary point of contact and account owner for assigned healthcare providers • Conduct provider touchpoints and executive-level check-ins/QBRs as needed • Coordinate end-to-end provider onboarding, including welcome materials, portal registration, EFT setup, credentialing handoffs, and directory validation • Monitor onboarding milestones, remove blockers, and communicate status and next steps • Deliver training on program policies, billing requirements, and operational procedures • Maintain FAQs, guides, job aids, and reference materials • Resolve and escalate provider issues involving claims, credentialing, EFT, enrollment, and portal access • Perform root-cause analysis and track corrective actions to closure • Promote portal self-service workflows and increase EFT adoption • Collaborate with Provider Data, Credentialing, Contracting, Claims, Finance, Clinical Operations, Communications, and IT • Maintain dashboards and logs for satisfaction, first-contact resolution, onboarding timeliness, case aging, portal adoption, and SLA compliance • Analyze trends and contribute to process improvements, templates, scripts, and automation • Maintain audit-ready documentation and safeguard provider information • Support audits and corrective action plans
• 3+ years in provider relations/provider services or health plan operations, including onboarding, education, or escalation/issue resolution • Strong communication, presentation, facilitation, and relationship-management skills • Proficiency with provider portals and CRM/case management tools • Solid Excel/Sheets capability • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet SLAs, and produce clear documentation • Experience supporting federal or government-sponsored healthcare programs preferred • Familiarity with claims operations, EDI, credentialing requirements, and provider directory standards preferred • Lean/Six Sigma or project management credential, such as Green Belt or PMP, preferred • Bachelor’s degree preferred
