📋 Description

• Review OCSE34, OCSE157, OCSE396, and SF-425 reports for accuracy, completeness, consistency, and anomalies • Identify discrepancies, trends, data quality issues, reporting risks, and compliance concerns • Coordinate with Regional Office staff and state agencies to resolve reporting errors and anomalies • Provide timely follow-up and clear feedback to improve reporting accuracy • Analyze program performance, fiscal compliance, and reporting quality • Develop dashboards, visualizations, and analytical tools for oversight and decision making • Provide data-driven technical assistance to grantees • Improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and strengthen reporting practices • Support federal reporting guidance and document review procedures, analytical methods, and business processes • Provide analytical support to DRO staff and collaborate with Federal teams • Define requirements, validate reports, and distribute the FPLS Monthly Statistics Report • Review and validate OCSE statistics before external publication or presentation • Maintain data and calculations for estimating NDNH-attributable collections • Conduct cost/benefit analyses, burden estimates, and statistical research for budget control • Liaise with external data agencies such as BLS and SSA • Support management information repositories and analytics tools across DFS • Catalog dataset information for analytics environments • Develop, test, and validate reports, curated datasets, data transformations, and end-user documentation in MICRS and AWS DA • Test MICRS Reports, Report Builder, curated tables, and dashboards • Provide end-user support and training for MICRS and Data Analytics systems • Conduct analytic projects on application usage, system performance, enhancements, and cost-effectiveness • Support survey analysis, statistical techniques, visualization tools, trend analysis, cost projections, cross-application analysis, and child support research • Research statistical programs and analyze state-level data against national averages • Produce dashboards and on-demand visualizations for business questions and self-service analytics

🎯 Requirements

• HS Diploma and at least 5+ years of experience supporting Child Support agencies • Experience with federal grants, program oversight, or child support enforcement programs • Experience analyzing financial, operational, or performance data • Ability to clearly communicate complex concepts • Familiarity with federal reporting environments and compliance review processes • Experience working with state or federal program reporting systems • Proficiency with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Amazon QuickSight, or similar platforms) • Experience developing dashboards and visualizations • Skilled in data validation and quality review techniques • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities • Ability to identify trends, anomalies, and compliance risks • Capacity to manage multiple reporting cycles and deadlines • No security clearance currently required; able to obtain Interim Secret; NACI (T1) required • US citizenship is not required
