📋 Description

• Process requests to create and update customer master data records, including Sold-To, Bill-To, and Ship-To accounts • Validate required data fields against internal standards and naming conventions • Maintain accurate customer records in the MDG system and other applicable tools • Review and verify customer documentation according to company policies and compliance guidelines • Submit and track customer master data requests through the MDG system • Follow up on pending approvals or issues • Serve as a point of contact for Sales regarding customer master data requests, status updates, and account selection for order entry • Identify data quality issues and support data cleansing, standardization, validation, and process improvement activities • Assist with testing, validation, and documentation of customer master data processes and related system changes • Support reliable business operations and efficient order-to-cash processes

🎯 Requirements

• Candidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in the United States • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience • Experience in master data, customer setup, order management, sales operations, or order-to-cash support preferred • Experience working with MDG systems, ERP tools, CRM tools, or similar platforms is a plus • Ability to learn and navigate MDG, ERP, and related systems, including SAP and CRM platforms • Clear communication skills and ability to work closely with Sales and cross-functional stakeholders • Ability to manage multiple requests, maintain data accuracy and completeness, and identify opportunities for process improvement • Compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines • Successful completion of applicable pre-employment background and security checks
