📋 Description

• Manage the security function for a large, highly complex Department of State contract • Manage a security team to ensure compliance with government regulations and company policies and procedures • Lead development and implementation of security procedures with government agencies and company management • Ensure adherence to security requirements during contract performance • Resolve security-related contract issues • Investigate security violations and prepare incident reports with corrective and preventative actions • Collaborate with business and technology teams to identify, report, and mitigate risks • Contribute to the strategic direction of the business • Drive alignment of GDIT capabilities to client needs

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree • 5+ years of related experience • 10 years of progressive experience • Secret security clearance • US citizenship required • Ten years of progressive experience managing implementation, execution, and oversight of large-scale, highly complex Federal Government programs • Three years leading large, diverse teams • Ability to prepare management, business, technical, and personnel reports, reviews, and documents • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Superior organizational skills and work ethic • Knowledge of federal security regulations applicable to contract operations • Ability to strategically assess clients' business and identify improvement opportunities • Skills in data security, incident management, and risk management
