📋 Description

• Develop, configure, and administer SharePoint Online and Power Platform solutions • Manage and resolve Service Desk tickets related to SharePoint Online and Power Platform • Troubleshoot, perform root cause analysis, and implement fixes • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and validate solutions • Align deliverables with organizational goals • Document business processes, workflows, and technical requirements • Support concurrent implementation, maintenance, training, and administration of enterprise systems • Ensure seamless integration and operation with other enterprise applications • Maintain security, privacy, and compliance standards • Provide technical guidance and support to end users and team members • Support resolution of Web Services’ Service Desk tickets for SharePoint Online and Power Platform incidents and requests

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of related experience • Proven experience as a SharePoint Online and Power Platform developer and administrator • Strong documentation skills for business processes and technical requirements • Ability to coordinate and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders • Experience in concurrent implementation, maintenance, training, and administration of enterprise IT systems • Familiarity with Service Desk operations and incident/request management • Experience working as part of a multi-role team, including System Engineers and Application Systems Analysts • No current security clearance required • No clearance required to obtain • US citizenship not required • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (preferred) • Certifications in SharePoint, Power Platform, or related Microsoft technologies (preferred) • Experience supporting federal government operations or similar environments (preferred)
