📋 Description

• Lead requirements analysis, workflow documentation, and operational alignment activities • Ensure eligibility, claims, provider data, and member service components operate correctly and consistently • Collaborate with technical teams, operational leads, QA testers, system vendors, data specialists, and government stakeholders • Validate system logic and coordinate cross-system interoperability • Resolve defects and ensure end-to-end process and requirements traceability • Use requirements management tools, integration analysis methods, healthcare administrative expertise, and technical understanding of TPA systems • Ensure functional correctness, operational reliability, integration, and system readiness for compliant healthcare delivery

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science • 5+ years of related experience in healthcare, payer operations, systems analysis, or federal program support preferred • Requirements management • Workflow/process modeling • EDI analysis • Cross-system integration validation • Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps • Understanding of eligibility and claims systems • MB(T2) security clearance • US citizenship required • Ability to coordinate across technical and operational teams • Experience validating system and process outputs • Familiarity with HIPAA, PHI/PII security, and federal healthcare program requirements • Ability to travel 0–10% as needed
