📋 Description

• Lead requirements analysis, workflow documentation, and operational alignment activities • Ensure eligibility, claims, provider data, and member service components operate correctly and consistently • Collaborate with technical teams, operational leads, QA testers, system vendors, data specialists, and government stakeholders • Validate system logic and coordinate cross-system interoperability • Resolve defects and ensure end-to-end process and requirements traceability • Use requirements management tools, integration analysis methods, healthcare administrative expertise, and TPA systems knowledge • Support accurate, compliant healthcare delivery and system readiness for the World Trade Center Health Program

🎯 Requirements

• Technical training, certification(s), or degree • 3+ years of related experience; healthcare, payer operations, systems analysis, or federal program support preferred • Requirements management • Workflow/process modeling • EDI analysis • Cross-system integration validation • Jira, Confluence, and Azure DevOps • Understanding of eligibility and claims systems • MBI (T2) security requirement • Ability to coordinate across technical and operational teams • Experience validating system and process outputs • Familiarity with HIPAA, PHI/PII security, and federal healthcare program requirements • 0–10% travel as needed • US citizenship is not required
