📋 Description

• Lead development and integration across core TPA systems • Ensure software solutions are stable, scalable, secure, and aligned with business and technical requirements • Collaborate with architects, business analysts, QA testers, operational SMEs, data teams, and system vendors • Build, enhance, and validate functionality supporting healthcare delivery • Resolve complex technical challenges • Implement modern development approaches • Optimize system performance • Contribute to cross-system interoperability during Transition-In and steady state • Use development languages, integration tools, APIs, EDI frameworks, cloud technologies, and DevSecOps practices • Implement secure and compliant solutions for federal healthcare operations

🎯 Requirements

• Technical training, certification(s), or degree • 3+ years of related software development or system integration experience • Proficiency in modern development languages and frameworks • Experience with APIs, EDI, integration patterns, cloud environments, relational databases, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring platforms • MBI (T2) security clearance • US citizenship required • Ability to work across technical and operational teams • Familiarity with HIPAA, secure handling of PHI/PII, and federal security/compliance requirements • Experience supporting complex system integrations • Ability to travel 0–10% as needed
