📋 Description

• Own end-to-end program delivery across technical and business domains • Ensure adherence to scope, schedule, cost, and quality commitments • Ensure contractual obligations and service-level agreements are met • Identify and resolve delivery risks • Oversee personnel assignments, onboarding, offboarding, and workforce planning • Serve as primary communications point with technical personnel and clients • Coordinate activities, negotiate tasks, and solve problems with clients • Lead and supervise technical and administrative staff, including subordinate supervisors • Perform hiring and performance evaluations • Manage technical execution, financial stewardship, and business development for annual revenues of $10M+ • Build and manage a high-performing team • Assure quality of products, services, and deliverables • Participate in reviews, audits, and site visits • Oversee contract transition activities • Leverage cloud, infrastructure, and application-development services • Prepare and review technical and cost proposals • Perform financial analysis, budgeting, cost quoting, cost control, reconciliation, and profit enhancement • Coordinate and monitor subcontractor activities and finances • Develop, review, and approve plans, schedules, consulting agreements, and program documentation • Prepare and deliver reports and technical reviews for senior management • Ensure compliance with corporate and government policies and standards • Participate in special projects as required

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience • 15+ years managing large, multi-disciplinary teams in complex environments • Demonstrated experience supervising technical and administrative staff, including subordinate supervisors • Experience with hiring and performance evaluations • Proven success directing program activities to achieve client and organizational objectives • Experience coordinating with clients to align tasks and resolve issues • Skills in contractual obligations, Microsoft Windows, people management, and supervision • Onsite travel to client locations in Montgomery, AL and Huntsville, AL 30%+ • U.S. citizenship is not required • Ability to meet identity verification and biometric-data processing requirements during hiring
