📋 Description

• Provide on-call support to proposal teams as a color reviewer during key capture and proposal development milestones • Participate in assigned Pink, Red, and Gold color team reviews for proposals and capture deliverables • Evaluate proposal sections for compliance, clarity, persuasiveness, and capture-strategy alignment • Review draft content against customer requirements, solicitation documents, and evaluation criteria • Provide written and verbal feedback focused on improving content quality and win probability • Identify gaps, risks, inconsistencies, and opportunities to strengthen proposal narratives • Assess integration of win themes, discriminators, customer hot buttons, and competitive intelligence • Collaborate with the Proposal Manager and Capture Lead to ensure feedback is understood and implemented • Maintain confidentiality of proposal materials • Adhere to internal proposal development processes and timelines • Participate in scheduled virtual review sessions, sometimes on short notice

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years of related experience • Skills in capture strategy • Skills in competitive positioning • Skills in project requirements • Ability to participate in assigned color team reviews, including Pink, Red, and Gold reviews • Ability to evaluate proposal sections for compliance, clarity, persuasiveness, and alignment with capture strategy • Ability to review content against customer requirements, solicitation documents, and evaluation criteria • Ability to provide constructive, actionable written and verbal feedback • Ability to identify gaps, risks, inconsistencies, and opportunities to strengthen proposal narratives • Ability to assess win themes, discriminators, customer hot buttons, and competitive intelligence • Ability to collaborate with Proposal Managers and Capture Leads • Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to internal proposal development processes and timelines • Ability to participate in virtual review sessions, sometimes on short notice • US citizenship is not required • No security clearance required
