📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain forms, flows, catalog items, integrations, and related ServiceNow components • Collaborate with developers, product owners, process owners, and platform engineers to define requirements • Support Agile ceremonies and uphold quality assurance throughout the lifecycle • Adhere to and enforce ServiceNow and OneGDIT best practices • Support platform upgrades, patching, and deployments • Participate in standups, planning, grooming, and estimation to ensure quality delivery • Collaborate with Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and Developers • Contribute to the success and stability of the ServiceNow environment

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma required; AA or Bachelor’s degree preferred • 3 years of experience in prompt engineering, Now Assist, and agentic AI • 7+ years of ServiceNow development experience within an ITSM environment • Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, modules, and platform capabilities • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), or ability to obtain CSA certification within 90 days • Extensive experience designing forms, UI policies, client scripts, workflows, business rules, integrations, and custom applications • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and debugging skills • Excellent communication and documentation skills • Must be a U.S. person • Preferred certifications: Certified Implementation Specialist – ITSM; Certified Application Developer - ITSM; Advanced ITSM certifications; ITIL v4 Certification • No security clearance currently required or required to obtain
