📋 Description

• Manage ServiceNow instance health, upgrades, and patches • Configure and maintain ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, SPM, ITAM, and SecOps • Monitor performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure platform stability • Create and manage user roles, groups, and permissions • Ensure compliance with security and governance policies • Implement advanced UI policies, business rules, workflows, and notifications • Lead integrations with third-party systems and APIs • Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization • Maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and procedures • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for stakeholders • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior administrators • Collaborate with IT leadership and stakeholders to deliver strategic service management solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience) • 5+ years of experience administering ServiceNow in an enterprise environment • Proficiency in ServiceNow administration and configuration • Advanced knowledge of scripting, including JavaScript and Glide API • Advanced knowledge of ServiceNow integrations and APIs • Strong understanding of ITIL processes and ServiceNow architecture • ServiceNow System Administrator and Implementation Specialist Certifications • ITIL v4 Foundation Certification • Ability to lead projects and mentor junior team members • Experience leading platform upgrades, migrations, and complex integrations preferred • Advanced knowledge of ServiceNow scripting, APIs, and performance tuning preferred
