📋 Description

• Review system, security, and design requirements to identify testable components and create traceability • Define test scope, identify test cases, and establish test methodologies • Create comprehensive testing documentation • Determine critical testing areas and allocate resources accordingly • Execute system, integration, and end-to-end testing for cybersecurity-focused systems and services • Document test results and maintain test evidence • Ensure compliance with internal and Department of War testing standards • Report test results in a timely manner to meet project deadlines • Identify, log, and track defects • Collaborate with developers and engineers to reproduce issues and validate fixes

🎯 Requirements

• US Citizenship required • Active Secret Clearance required • Must currently possess Secret Clearance and be able to obtain Secret Clearance • 5+ years of experience in system testing, software testing, or integration testing in an enterprise or government environment • 5+ years of experience developing and executing test procedures and test scripts • Experience troubleshooting at the system level, including hardware and software • Proficiency with JIRA, Azure DevOps, and TestRail • Ability to read and interpret technical requirements, architecture diagrams, and security documentation • Strong understanding of system, integration, and functional testing practices • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional engineering environment • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including clear documentation of test results and findings • Experience with Department of War acceptance testing requirements for complex systems desired • Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles such as least privilege, continuous authentication, and micro-segmentation desired • Bachelor’s degree desired • Travel up to 50% (also listed as 10–25%)
