📋 Description

• Manage the TENM training program • Lead the instructional development team and training implementation team • Analyze OEM content with subject matter experts • Create learning objectives and structured design documents for NET programs • Identify training requirements by site and technology • Develop the NET training plan • Supervise course training-material development with instructional designers, graphic designers, and OEM SMEs • Customize site training needs using existing OEM training content • Develop NET Plans of Instruction for Basic, Intermediate, and Advanced training • Develop and assess formal or informal initial operator training • Provide ongoing training and user support • Coordinate with the ATEC SO to provide an appropriate on-site training location and required supplies

🎯 Requirements

• 5 to 10 years of related experience in instructional design, curriculum development, and adult learning • Active Secret Clearance • U.S. citizenship required • Proficiency in Microsoft Office • Technical writing proficiency • Experience with CBT content authoring platforms • Experience with LMS platforms • Experience with graphic design platforms • Ability to travel 10%–25% • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience preferred
