📋 Description

• Drive operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and customer satisfaction for GE HealthCare's Equipment Leasing and Loan Division • Provide critical operational insights to leadership • Collaborate with internal functions and external stakeholders, including banking partners and system vendors • Act as a change agent for people, processes, and systems • Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with business goals • Lead cross-functional teams across loan processing, leasing operations, servicing, and customer support • Implement scalable systems supporting business growth, automation, and simplification • Build and mentor a high-performing cross-functional team • Collaborate with sales, credit, product, and technology teams on product launches and market expansion • Serve as liaison with external partners, vendors, and healthcare clients • Streamline loan origination, underwriting, documentation, funding, and servicing workflows • Define and track KPIs for operational performance and customer satisfaction • Prepare and present reports to executive leadership • Implement digital tools and AI/ML technology to improve turnaround times and reduce operational risk • Drive continuous improvement to enhance efficiency, scalability, and service quality • Partner with legal and compliance teams on audits and regulatory reviews • Foster accountability, innovation, and customer focus

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field • 8 years of experience in leasing and loan operations • Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills • Ability to manage multiple high priorities and high visibility deliverables • Strong analytical skills linking business strategy, operations, and financials • Adaptability and flexibility in response to new information, unexpected circumstances, or ambiguity • Legally authorized to work in the United States • Must complete a drug screen, as applicable • MBA or a master's degree in a related field desired • Relevant certifications such as CFA, CPA, or CTP preferred
