📋 Description

• Act as the primary contact between GE Healthcare and customers for imaging equipment installation activities • Drive customer satisfaction and process productivity during installations • Simultaneously manage multiple projects and priorities within the market • Identify, escalate, and resolve issues that may affect customer satisfaction and GE operational targets • Work cross-functionally with sales and services teams • Own the project management and implementation process for GE Healthcare Diagnostic Imaging • Support installation of larger imaging equipment in hospitals and other care centers from sales order review through customer training • Work from a home office and at customer facilities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and two or more years of project management experience; or an associate degree and minimum five years of Project Management experience • Construction or related experience • Minimum two years’ experience leading cross-functional teams • Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks and priorities while based in a home office and at customer facilities • Strong organizational skills and email management • Ability to work with and influence team members to achieve mutual goals • Valid driver’s license • Willingness and ability to travel regularly, including overnight travel when required • Legally authorized to work in the United States • GE HealthCare will not sponsor employment visas • Successful completion of a drug screen as applicable • Formal coursework in project management and experience in construction or working with the building trades • Experience with large-scale project management requirements where schedule deadlines are met or ahead of schedule • Demonstrated customer service experience in a clinical environment and familiarity with GE Healthcare products • Proficiency with design tools such as AutoCAD and Magic Plan • Current PMP certification and Six Sigma certification
