📋 Description

• Own and improve the drop ship and AIT delivery process for consignment inventory • Ensure efficient material movement from suppliers to points of use, strong delivery performance, and reduced aged in-transit inventory • Review standard work, procedures, and process documentation; identify gaps and drive improvements • Create operating procedures, work instructions, and standard work templates • Monitor consignment shipment activity and inventory flow • Partner with suppliers and internal teams on timely delivery, issue resolution, and accurate execution • Serve as point of contact between suppliers, procurement, logistics, production, and manufacturing teams • Lead supplier onboarding and offboarding for consignment drop ship programs • Analyze shipment, inventory, and delivery data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities • Provide recommendations to improve performance, reduce cost, and increase process reliability • Generate performance reporting and operational insights for management decision-making and accountability • Provide training, coaching, and day-to-day guidance on drop ship processes and best practices • Manage assigned contracted resources and coordinate work priorities • Maintain and improve the Supply Chain Standard Work hub for Integrated Manufacturing • Participate in operating rhythms and solve cross-functional operational problems • Apply continuous improvement and FLIGHT DECK principles

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, or a high school diploma/GED with at least 4 years of Supply Chain and/or Manufacturing experience • Minimum of 3 years of Supply Chain and/or Manufacturing experience, or GE Leadership Program Graduate in lieu of experience • Experience in sourcing, buying, procurement, supply chain, or delivery operations • Ability to analyze issues, identify root causes, and implement practical solutions • Experience documenting processes, managing projects or programs, and driving execution across multiple stakeholders • Comfortable working with data, reporting, and process performance metrics • Smartsheet required or strongly preferred • Experience with Oracle or similar ERP systems is a plus • Ability to train, coach, and influence others across teams and functions • Strong communication skills with suppliers and internal stakeholders • Self-directed and organized, with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Continuous improvement mindset • Ability to demonstrate humility, transparency, collaboration, and commitment to results • U.S. Person status required for access to U.S. export-controlled information: U.S. lawful permanent resident, U.S. Citizen, asylee, or refugee • Legally authorized to work in the United States • Successful completion of a drug screen, as applicable; employees may be subject to random and reasonable-suspicion drug and alcohol testing
